On the upper floor of the cottage, there are two spacious rooms with a double bed and the option of an extra bed, as well as three rooms with two single beds. Thanks to the combination of wooden elements and attic ceilings, the space offers a cozy mountain atmosphere, ideal for families and groups of friends. The floor also includes a large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, two sinks, and a toilet, providing plenty of comfort even for a larger number of guests.

On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a spacious common room. The main feature is the wood-burning stove, which creates a pleasant atmosphere during evenings spent with family or friends. Guests have access to a large dining table for 8 people, a comfortable seating area, a television, and a children’s corner.
The ground floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, and other essential appliances. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet. In the entrance hall, you will find a beer tap system, and a washing machine and dryer are also available for guests if needed.

Cozy garden
The cottage comes with a spacious garden, ideal for relaxation and summer fun. You will find outdoor seating with a grill and a fire pit, where you can enjoy warm summer evenings with good food and drinks. The atmosphere is enhanced by a mountain stream flowing right alongside the garden, adding peace and a magical charm to the entire place.
The garden also features a swimming pool and an outdoor shower with refreshing water from the stream. For children, there is a trampoline, swings, and plenty of space for outdoor games. Additional information
- Deposit: 5,000 CZK (in cash upon arrival, refundable after inspection of the property).
- Electricity: based on actual consumption 8 CZK/kWh.
- Water and gas: included in the price of your stay.
- Firewood: according to actual consumption.
- Municipal fee: 30 CZK/day per person over 18 years of age (payment on site).
- Dog: Permitted by agreement, 200 CZK/night (without access to beds).
- Towels: Basic set available for washbasins.
- Cleaning: Guests perform basic cleaning before departure (vacuuming, tidying up equipment).
Reservations and payment
- Deposit: 50% of the price of the stay within 14 days of confirming the reservation (non-refundable).
- Additional payment: no later than 7 days prior to arrival, or in cash upon arrival.
- Check-in / Check-out: 3:00 p.m. / 10:00 a.m. (can be adjusted by agreement).
